SUMMARY:
Our client in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg, has an opportunity available for an Area Manager

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Must live close to Sandton or Cresta
Must have working experience in retail as a store supervisor for a minimum of 3 years
Must be well presentable
Must have excellent customer communication skills
Must be able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
Good working knowledge of computer programmes

KPAs:

Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision
Organising work flow and ensuring that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
Receive complaints and resolve problems
Prepare and submit performance reports
Ensure all daily and monthly targets are met
Ensure standards for quality , customer service and health and safety are met
Must have the ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
