Area Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg, has an opportunity available for an Area Manager

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Must live close to Sandton or Cresta
• Must have working experience in retail as a store supervisor for a minimum of 3 years
• Must be well presentable
• Must have excellent customer communication skills
• Must be able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
• Good working knowledge of computer programmes

KPAs:

• Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision
• Organising work flow and ensuring that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Ensure all daily and monthly targets are met
• Ensure standards for quality , customer service and health and safety are met
• Must have the ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
