SUMMARY:
A global leader in Agricultural solutions is seeking the above to drive the sales and marketing of all crop protection chemicals and to provide technical support to all the distributors in the area.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a BSc. Agriculture/ Entomology/ Plant pathology or similar degree
Experience in crop protection chemicals would be ideal
Previous experience in Africa would be an added advantage
Must be willing to travel away from home 1 week per month

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Setting and managing commercial budgets for the region.
Managing, training and driving sales at Distributors and Agents.
Compiling budget and sales forecast and managing stock levels.
Developing sales strategies, including incentive plans, rebates and product packages.
Planning and executing research and development budgets.
Providing technical support to growers and distributors. aimed to identify business opportunities.
Increasing market share in the region with the provided resources.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
