SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Manage and control store expenses and assist stores to reach their budget.
Liaise with Brand, Supply and Distribution departments to ensure that stock levels are maintained.
Ensure replenishment is done on a weekly basis.
Ensure effective promotion, markdown and sale implementations.
Manage escalated customer queries/compliants.
Recruitment, management, training, mentoring and development of staff.
Responsible for store maintenance on a regular basis.
Identify trends in the market that will improve and enhance the brand performance.
Other key performance areas include driving turnover, maintaining satisfactory customer service
levels, managing stockloss and ensuring the execution of the visual merchandising strategy in
store.Â
