Do you have minimum three years experience in Management as an Area Manager in the Security industry overseeing staff and managing all day to day criteria in relation to the duties of Security Guards and Supervisors.

Matric, relevant qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience as an Area Manager within the Security Industry essential

Excellent staff management and liaison skills

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Excellent management skills

DUTIES

Reporting to the Regional Manager

Setting daily requirements for all staff

Maximising staff performance adhering to company standards

Providing the team with a stimulating and supportive environment

Maintaining and increasing all standards of customer and operational services

Driving team performance

Controlling the training and development of your staff

Salary: R dependent on experience
