Education:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• National Diploma or N6 in Instrumentation, Automation, or related
• Trade Test in Instrumentation and Automation

• 8–10 years’ experience in instrumentation
• 8–10 years’ experience in a technical sales environment
• 3–5 years in sales management, leading teams and driving targets
• Proven experience selling and implementing process control systems, projects, and engineered solutions
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close complex deals
• Confident leader who can coach, motivate, and elevate team performance
• Valid driver’s license
