Join a highly respected organisation specialising in instrumentation, automation, and process control solutions. As the Area Sales Manager, you will own the sales strategy in your region—expanding key accounts, developing new business, and guiding a skilled team toward exceeding targets.
In this role, you won’t just manage sales—you will drive regional growth, influence product positioning, shape customer relationships, and be the face of the brand in your territory. Expect autonomy, decisionâmaking authority, and full support from a strong technical and engineering team.

Education:

Matric (Grade 12)
National Diploma or N6 in Instrumentation, Automation, or related
Trade Test in Instrumentation and Automation

Experience & Skills Required:

8 – 10 years’ experience in Instrumentation
8 – 10 years’ experience in a Technical Sales environment
3 – 5 years in Sales Management, leading teams and driving targets
Proven experience selling and implementing process control systems, projects, and engineered solutions
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close complex deals
Confident leader who can coach, motivate, and elevate team performance
Valid Driver’s License
