Job Experience & Skills Required:

Knowledge and proven track record of international sales.

Sales Growth according to Strategy

Maintain or improve customer satisfaction.

New customers as agreed and defined during annual target discussion.

Customer satisfaction surveys as agreed and defined during annual target discussion.

Team player. Self-driven, proactive, good communication skills (locally and in global matrix organization). 

Multi-lingual

At least 50% travel

Product presentation skills.

Leadership by example.

Good organisational skills.

Skills to manage people, develop teamwork.

Skills to manage customers and build relationships
