SUMMARY:
A well-established electrical company requires an Area Sales Manager - ICT network hardware for the Durban area. The Area Manager will be accountable for achieving the sales objectives of their geography, branch budget prep and cost management, whilst ensuring performance of their sales teams.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and guide sales team to achieve targets through coaching, performance reviews, and recognition.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to enhance sales skills and meet KPIs.

• Oversee daily operations and Key Accounts to ensure sales and service targets are met.
