JOB SUMMARY:
A leading fibre internet connectivity service provider requires the above to ensure resellers and field sales agents are well resourced and equipped to function at optimum levels being able to achieve revenue targets.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:
  • A matric is essential for this role.
  • Previous sales and management experience having managed a team is essential for the role.
  • Must have good proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel).
  • Experience Sales or Field Sales Team Management, preferably in the B2C (FTTH) ICT/Telecommunications or related sales sector is preferred for the role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of telecoms industry and products.
  • Must have a proven track record in closing volumes B2C (FTTH) ICT/Telecommunications sector sales.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team to achieve work goals and targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring Resellers and Field Sales Agents are well resourced and equipped to function at optimum levels.
  • Providing training and daily support and ensuring we drive the right principles around managing sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Implementing a successful field sales process.
  • Ensuring sales teams extract as much revenue from the allocated sales territory as possible by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.
  • Guiding the sales team around time management of daily required activities.
  • Onboarding resellers to ensure quickest time to performance.
  • Creating and implementing tactical sales plan according to regional strategic goals.
  • Devising sales strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Analysing and frequently reporting on sales performance against targets.
  • Setting meaningful performance targets for resellers and clearly outline efforts required to reach deliverables.
  • Supporting, coaching and mentoring resellers.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
