• Troubleshooting client issues and identifying problem areas and / or Hardware.
• Wireless site surveys and network designs.

• Project Implementation
• Hardware Break-fix.
• Troubleshooting client issues and identifying problem areas and / or Hardware.
• Wireless site surveys and network designs.

Essential Qualification:

• Matric
• Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP) or higher
• Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ASMP) or higher
• Professional Client engagement

Preferred Qualification:

• Aruba Certified ClearPass Associate (ACCA) or higher
• Huawei HCIP - IP
• Mellanox switching
• Ability to do Wi-Fi Surveys via Ekahau or similar software
• Ability to work as part of a team

Required experience:

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Evaluate designs to determine the most efficient and effective solution.
• WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, CDP, Routing Protocols (RIP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS), Access Control List (ACL), Network Address Translation (NAT) and WLAN

Work environment:

• Datacentre, Office, and outdoor environments.

Physical demands:

• Rack and stack of hardware equipment.
• Mounting of Wireless Access Points.

Travel:

• To client sites.
