POSITION INFO:
About the role The role will provide exposure to psychometric assessment coordination, candidate administration, client and candidate communication, assessment-centre administration, report administration, project support, data management and professional assessment processes. Responsibilities: Psychometric Assessment Centre Administration Coordinate assessment bookings and maintain accurate assessment schedules. Communicate assessment arrangements and requirements to candidates. Follow up with candidates regarding assessment attendance and completion. Respond to routine candidate and client queries professionally and timeously. Maintain accurate candidate, assessment and project records. Assist with preparing assessment documentation and candidate information. Assist with ensuring that assessment activities are coordinated within agreed timelines. Support the day-to-day administration and organisation of the Psychometric Assessment Centre. Support to Industrial Psychologists Assist Industrial Psychologists with preparing for psychometric assessment projects and assessment sessions. Prepare relevant candidate information, documentation and assessment materials as instructed. Assist with coordinating candidates before, during and after assessment sessions. Provide administrative support for candidate and panel feedback sessions. Assist with preparing feedback packs, presentations and supporting documentation. Coordinate diaries and appointments for feedback sessions when required. Assist Industrial Psychologists with administrative follow-up arising from assessment projects. Support professionals with the preparation and organisation of assessment-related information while ensuring that professional interpretation and decision-making remain with appropriately registered practitioners. Assessment Report Administration Download and distribute completed assessment reports to the appropriate report writers or assessment professionals. Monitor report-tracking schedules and agreed turnaround times. Assist with ensuring that appropriate report templates and candidate information are available. Assist with formatting, document preparation and administrative quality checks where appropriate. File final assessment reports on designated systems. Maintain confidential and accurate electronic and physical assessment records. Assist with preparing completed documentation for client submission under appropriate professional guidance. Candidate and Client Coordination Communicate professionally with candidates regarding assessment arrangements. Provide candidates with approved logistical and procedural information. Escalate assessment-related or professional queries to the relevant Industrial Psychologist or assessment professional. Assist with coordinating panel and candidate feedback appointments. Maintain professional communication with clients and internal team members. Support a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the assessment process. Project and Administrative Support Assist with psychometric assessment projects and general project coordination. Maintain project trackers, assessment schedules and administrative records. Assist with invoicing information and other assessment-centre administrative requirements where required. Support data capturing, research administration and basic trend-analysis activities. Assist the Assessment Team with research, validation and development projects under professional guidance. Support continuous improvement of assessment-centre administrative processes. Minimum Requirements South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the YES programme before. Matric. A recognised Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
