What You'll Be Doing:
- Capture supplier invoices, ensuring correct postings by product, region, platform, and bran
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve any queries
- Prepare bi-weekly payment runs to ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time
- Match invoices and payments in Navision/Business Central
- Create new vendor records and verify banking details for changes or new vendors
- Generate weekly vendor open items reports with commentary on outstanding balances
- Bill transaction volumes and related fees to relevant entities, ensuring accurate postings
- Ensure timely receipt of funds from customers and match payments in Navision
- Record and reconcile all intangible, fixed, and domain asset transactions
- Run monthly amortisation and depreciation, reconciling asset registers to the general ledger
- Prepare reconciliations and variance commentary for income statement and balance sheet item
- Assist with quarterly and annual audit file preparation and SOX compliance documentation
- Draft process notes, archive financial data, and support process testing and general administration
What You'll Bring:
- Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in an accounting role, preferably with exposure to Accounts Payable and reconciliations
- Experience in fixed/intangible asset management is advantageous
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Business Central is a plus
