SUMMARY:
Are you a CA(SA) with a passion for technical excellence and audit quality? An exciting opportunity exists for a technically strong professional to join a leading audit and advisory practice in a specialist quality management role. This position offers the chance to influence audit quality across the firm, work closely with senior leadership, contribute to technical training and methodology, and play a key role in maintaining the highest professional standards. Ideal for a CA(SA) seeking a broader impact beyond traditional audit engagements

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to: Support the firm's System of Quality Management Conduct audit file quality reviews Manage engagement file assembly and retention Coordinate the annual IRBA fee declaration process Support client acceptance and continuance procedures Perform ISQM monitoring activities Attend and contribute to RCC meetings Assist with technical queries from partners and managers Identify training needs and facilitate technical training Support audit methodology and software enhancements Assist with internal, network, and regulatory reviews Prepare quality reports for the network and IRBA Skills and Experience: 2 years of post articles experience Working knowledge of ISQM 1 & 2 and the IRBA Code Expert knowledge of IFRS and IFRS for SME A passion for all things technical Working knowledge of CaseWare, Excel, Word, Pastel, and Microsoft Outlook Experience using GreatSoft would be an advantage Qualification: CA(SA) non-negotiable Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
