Assistant Banquet Manager | Luxury Hotel in Doha

We are looking for experienced ASSISTANT BANQUET MANAGER to join the F&B team of a well-known luxury hotel located in Doha, Qatar.

Main duties:

• Assisting Banquet Manager in achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales and labour costs
• Achieving profitability and overall success by controlling costs and quality of service
• Participation and input towards F & B Marketing activities
• Control of Banquet china, cutlery, glassware, linen and equipment
• Completion of function delivery sheets in an accurate and timely fashion
• Help in preparation of forecast and actual budget function sheets
• Making sure staff is trained and briefed

Main skills and qualifications required:

• At least 2 years of experience in Banqueting on a supervisory level – from luxury hotels
• Hospitality qualification
• Fluent English
• Good communication skills
• Fast thinker
• Able to lead a team
• Passionate about hospitality
• Able to work under pressure

Start Date – ASAP

Salary package:

• Basic salary QAR 4500 - 5000
• Free accommodation will be provided
• Free transport to and from work
• Flight to Qatar
• Visa
• Return flights on completion of every contract
