Assistant Bond Secretary
Roodepoort
R20 – R25 000

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Must have experience on all listed Banks
Lexis Convey, WinLaw, SearhWorks experience
Open new bond files when instruction comes in
Understand the Banks conditions
Contact and requested Fica, personal information and any other special conditions imposed by the Bank from the client
Must have knowledge re Fica for Legal Entities
Obtain details of Transferring attorneys and request draft deed and guarantee requirements
Follow up on Fica & draft deed weekly and update the system
Once all info & docs received, check that all is in order and allocate draft to Senior to draft
Must have knowledge of a Substitution of Debtor, Switch bond and Developments
Do all deliveries – ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB, SA Home Loans
Do general post every day
