POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our retail branch. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations
Supervise, motivate, and support retail staff
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance
Step in to manage the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric certificate Required
Relevant experience in retail or a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate (MS Office or POS systems advantageous)
