Our client in the Hospitality Industry are looking for a Assistant Catering Manager to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
2–3 years’ experience in large-scale catering operations
Knowledge of nutritious meal planning suitable for learners
Strong understanding of HACCP and Food Safety standards
Familiarity with R638 compliance regulations
Computer literate (MS Office and catering systems)
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and during school events
Strong organizational and team coordination skills
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
