We are currently looking for a ASSISTANT CHEF to join the team of a well-known luxury resort in the heart of Cederberg Mountains.

The resort is one of the oldest tourist destinations in the Cederberg, and renowned for its well-kept chalets and exclusive camp sites.

The Restaurant serves Farm style cuisine as is actively farming around Cederberg Park with the farm to table focus point.

INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD IN CAPE TOWN

As ideal Candidate you will have:

• Matric
• Certificate/Diploma in culinary arts
• Previous experience from a similar restaurant/establishment will be an advantage
• Must be able to operate and function in a remote area
• Well-spoken and presentable

Salary Package

• R10 - 12 000, depending on experience and skills
• Single live in Accommodation
• All meals included
• Rotation (3 weeks on and 1 week off)

Starting date: ASAP
