SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a multinational energy business with their search for a Assistant Company Secretary. The role is based in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
The Assistant Company Secretary role requires:

a degree, preferably in law / or post qualification in compliance
minimum 5 year experience as a company secretary
experience with complex structures
experience in a business with multiple subsidiaries
precision and attention to detail

The role will focus on:

working with the Group Company Secretary who is based abroad
assisting with Board and Committee meetings
oversight of over 50 subsidiaries, based in multiple different countries
Maintaining corporate records
Supporting with statutory compliance
