We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist in managing all F&B operations and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist in managing all F&B operations
- Deliver an excellent guest dining experience
- Manage staff and provide coaching as needed
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Develop and implement new strategies to increase revenue
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Stock management
- Local SA citizens
- Diploma in Hospitality
- Min 4yrs experience in a supervisory level within the hospitality environment
