SUMMARY:
Seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join this fast-paced and future-focused business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, leading month-end processes, and mentoring junior team members. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with IFRS and company financial policies
Manage balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger oversight
Oversee monthly reporting packs and variance analysis
Collaborate on audits and statutory reporting
Use SAP or other similar ERP systems
Supervise and support junior finance staff, offering mentorship and guidance
Contribute to process improvements and internal controls

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualified (essential)
1 – 3 years post-articles experience OUTSIDE OF AUDIT
Construction, Engineering, Telecommunications, or IT sectors (essential)
Proficient in SAP or any similar ERP system
Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS)
A natural team leader who enjoys supervising and developing others
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
