POSITION INFO:

Growing family office with a diverse portfolio, including listed holdings, private equity, offshore investments, and philanthropic initiatives, looking for a Assistant Financial Manager.

What you will be doing:

Maintain financial processes, procedures, and controls across the group
Oversee short-term cash flow planning, including review and execution of bank transactions
Support long-term cash flow planning and treasury management, including engagement with banks
Compile and review monthly internal reports
Review annual financial statements and manage the audit process
Oversee outsourced accounting and secretarial functions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage SARB exchange control reporting and applications
Execute and manage currency trades
Liaise with external advisors on tax, legal, exchange control, and accounting matters
Maintain insurance cover on major assets

What we are looking for:

CA(SA) / CIMA newly qualified
Strong attention to detail and adaptability
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
