SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a  Assistant General Manager to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Location: Hoedspruit

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid RSA Driver's License
• Proficient in Office and Email
• Exceptional Guest Relations skills
• Ability to manage staff
• Understanding and ability to manage the different departments
• Ability to plan ahead and problem solve
• Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control

• Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5-star lodge is necessary
• ResRequest experience will be beneficial

• Managing, Overseeing and Disciplining Staff
• Staff training and development
• Assisting the marketing manager to get content for social media
• Hosting Duties
• Allocation of Airport Transfers
• Little paws program
• Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed
• Acting as relief general manager between lodges
• Reporting to Group Operations Manager(s) and Head Office

• Wage costs and staff welfare
• Staff discipline
• Staff training
