The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with the ability to oversee multiple departments. While a lodge background is preferred, it is not a requirement — we value strong hospitality leadership and a passion for service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the overall running of the property.
• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Maintain high service standards and a strong guest focus.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist with budget management, cost controls, and revenue strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Step in for the General Manager during absences.
