Assistant Lodge Manager, Luxury 5-Star Lodge

SUMMARY:
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to support the daily operations of a premier 5-star lodge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily lodge operations, ensuring seamless guest services and high standards
• Supervise and motivate the team across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.)
• Handle guest relations, resolving issues with professionalism and care
• Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management
• Manage stock control, procurement, and supplier relations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and lodge operating procedures

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hospitality establishment
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Computer literate (MS Office, PMS systems, etc.)
• A guest-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
