Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric
• Tertiary education
• Real Estate accreditation

Must have:

• 5+ yrs exp in supervising / managing a selling team +

KPA:

• training,
• providing professional development for the teams and
• setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance
• They also generate reports tracking how well each Agent achieves their quarterly targets.
