Silverton Pretoria
R540 000, Annual Bonus (8% company contribution for Pension Fund, Risk Fund (Company pays 50%), Cellphone Allowance R750.00)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

4+ Years’ experience in Operations/Production management.
We are looking for a professional individuals of relevant work experience with expertise in Operations/Production management, employees who are passionate about Design as well.

The Assistant Production Manager is a full time basis and will be working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7h30-16h00 and/or 8h00-16h30, there might be time which they would be required to work extra hours due to projects, however subjected to operational requirements.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification in one of the following fields:
· Production Management
· Operations Management
· Project Management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: ESSENTIAL:
· 4+ Years’ experience in Operations/Production management
· Automotive Manufacturing or Automotive Component production preferred.

DESIRABLE:
· Experience working in the automotive industry
· Lean/business improvement
· Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and change management skills
· Managing Lean and Six Sigma projects
· Greenbelt Projects
