JOB SUMMARY:
North Coast, KZN. Opportunity exists for hardworking, proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager with 1-2 years relevant experience to join well-known fast-food chain.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Will suit dynamic individual with excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to adapt to change and prioritise and meet deadlines timeously.

Perform operational responsibilities including:

Improve operations KPI’s
Manage cost controls
Maximise sales in store to achieve sales budget
Ensure all store resources are at the correct levels
Monitor all local competitor activity
Co-ordinates the implementation of in-store promotions
Compiling staff rosters
Training and development of employees
Executing performance management of staff
Ensuring complete execution of all CHAMPS components
Ensure all Company Standards are met and that all CSL procedures are followed
Handles customer complaints
Ensures that the Store Maintenance Plan is adhered to

Requirements:

1-2 years’ experience in a Quick Service Restaurant environment
Valid drivers licence
Strong financial understanding of business
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
