SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ an Assistant Sales & Product Training Manager to join their dynamic team in Sandton.

POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and quality assure online product and projects training material
Facilitate brand ambassador training in preparation of various exhibitions
Develop training material for various product and sales roadshows
Facilitate product training and assessments for dealer sales executives
Develop Skills Olympiad Competition questionnaires related to Product, Business and Sales strategies
Generate monthly reports relevant to training outcomes

Job Requirements:

NQF Level 5 (Minimum 240 credits on level 8 framework) relevant qualification
Preferably 2-3 years’ relevant experience in the creative writing environment
2-3 years in the Sales and Product environment (Motor industry advantageous)
Computer Literacy (MS Office package – advanced)
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence software platforms
Good verbal and written communication skills
Will be required to travel
