JOB SUMMARY:
Well known estate agency is looking for someone to form part of our growing residential team in Cape Town. You will be required to assist in managing our sales and rentals team as well as help with strategic business planning and every day running of the business. The candidate would ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience in the residential real estate with qualification of PDE 4

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include, but are not to be limited to the following:

* Looking after and managing rental and sales agents
* Dealing with agent queries and assisting them in their daily operations
*Recruiting strong agents to grow the sales and the rental team
*Assisting in day to day business planning and operations
*Dealing with and liasing with clients
*Working closely with the admin team to ensure smooth transaction
*Budgeting and business strategy
*Team building
