The Role: Assistant Store Manager
The purpose of this role is to lead store operations while driving sales performance, productivity, and team engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, meeting targets, and creating a positive, high-performance retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

2+ years of experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role
Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
Manage, motivate, and lead team members by example
Foster a positive, accountable, and energetic working environment
Ensure operational processes and systems are consistently followed

About You

2+ years of retail experience in a leadership or assistant management capacity
Proven track record of meeting sales or operational targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Energetic, hands-on, and self-motivated
Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced retail environment
Reliable, accountable, and performance-driven
