Key Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of case management in workers'' compensation and insurance defense matters

Work collaboratively with attorneys, legal staff, and clients

Participate in legal research, drafting, discovery, negotiations, and hearings
Desired Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar

2–5 years’ experience in workers'' compensation or insurance defense preferred

Strong research, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team
