SUMMARY:
Job Title: ASSOCIATE MANAGER: DATA SCIENCE
Job Purpose: The Associate Manager will lead a team responsible for delivering Data Science objectives, including building and maintaining predictive and machine learning models. They will collaborate with business units to enhance profitability and client relationships through data analysis.

Responsibilities:
These include advanced analytics, data exploration, leadership, stakeholder engagement, project management, continuous improvement, data management, personal capability building, and performance management.

Education:
A degree in Information Technology, Sciences, Informatics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Data Mining, or Economics is essential. A Master's degree is advantageous.

Experience:
7-9 years of experience in analytical, data science, or computer science environments, including managerial experience, is required. Experience in the financial insurance sector is advantageous.
