Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation (3–5 Years PQE)
Location: Sandton
Salary: R30 000- R40 000 CTC Per Month (Dependent on experience)
An established legal practice is seeking a
Commercial Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for a driven attorney with solid litigation experience and a strong interest in commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Drafting pleadings, notices, and legal correspondence
- Attending to court appearances in the High Court and other relevant forums
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders
- Assisting with case strategy and dispute resolution
Requirements:- LLB degree
- Admitted Attorney with High Court right of appearance would be beneficial
- 3–5 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation
- Proven experience attending to court appearances
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
