JOB SUMMARY:
Well established Law Firm in Pretoria is looking for an Attorney to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

LLB
2 - 5 Years' post articles experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Drafting JCM Applications/TIC applications, preparing lodging RAF claims/ Issuing summons
Prepare LOD's / notifications to organs of state in Minister of Police matters and Medical Negligence
Full understanding of the legislation process in personal injury matters
Liaising with clients, counsel and sheriffs, organising consultations and attending to queries from clients and other attorneys
Prepare matters properly for trial/hearing, including gather evidence, arrange consultations and organise pleadings, and ensure that all requirements are complied with
Complying with prescribed procedures, formats and documentation
Diarising files, able to work under stress, overtime when required
Supervising and upskilling junior staff members
Create new business
Full job spec will be supplied to suitable candidates
