Attorney (Trust, Wills and Deceased Estates)

SUMMARY:
Well established Law Firm with a Fiduciary and Deceased Estate Division is looking for an Attorney to join their team
Salary negotiable based on experience and knowledge of this industry

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• LLB or Relevant qualification
• Or candidate can have experience working in Finance or Financial Planning with experience dealing with Drafting Trust, other Trust duties, drafting of Wills and Deceased Estates
• 3 Years' plus experience dealing with Trusts, Wills and Deceased Estate Administration
• Must be able to work totally independently and excellent knowledge and experience dealing with all aspects of Trusts
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
