Duties:

Provide audit consulting services including due diligence and documentation of controls
The analysis and implementation of IFRS standards to tax and accounting standards for application in the US/UK and applicable areas
Preparing financial statements in line with the US GAAP
Communication with clients on audit requirements.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualified CA(SA) / Partly qualified CA(SA)
