POSITION INFO:
Key Duties
Audit Department
- Check and approve audit department timesheets (weekly)
- Link task codes to clients for timesheets
- Approve travel and overtime claims
- Pull tax documents for clerks from eFiling
- Perform deed searches
- Arrange training for the audit department
- Weekly WIP updates
- Plan yearly audits and review jobs
- Schedule stock counts
- Manage referral counts (quotes, etc.)
- Arrange travel (allowances, accommodation, car rental, flights)
- Request bank confirmations
- Confirm start dates for audits
GreatSoft Administration
- Create tasks and fees
- Add new task codes
- Add new employees
- Terminate departing staff
- Update staff charge-out rates
- Pull monthly timesheet reports for managers and directors
- Print WIP reports for directors
Auditor General
- Prepare invoices
- Send statements
- Follow up on outstanding debtors
Company Vehicles
- Keep vehicle logbooks up to date
- Define process when out of the office
- Maintain and inspect vehicles regularly
- Ensure vehicle inspections are done before and after use
- Coordinate services and maintenance
- Prepare and submit monthly reports (by last Friday of each month)
- Scan and file logbooks
- Monitor kilometres and petrol card usage
- Confirm that all drivers using company vehicles have valid licenses on file
Academic Qualifications Required
