Audit Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established Accounting firm, is on the lookout for an Audit Manager, to join their team, based in Durban, Kwazulu-Natal.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Relevant Accounting degrees.
• Minimum 3 years working experience Post SAICA Articles.
• Advantageous:Caseware

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day Auditing requirements.
• Audit reviews and communicating results.
• Client evaluation and audit planning.
• Preparation of Income Tax Returns.
• Compliance to all financial laws.
• Please note that other key responsibilities, will be discussed at interview stage.
• Ensure that all audit is performed in terms of the standards (IFRS / IAS / ISA / Co''s act).
• Client relationship management.
• Perform assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end.
• Supervise the Audit team and provide guidance accordingly.

Additional Information:

• Operating Hours:  8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.   
• Candidates would be required to travel to client’s location as required from time to time, therefore own reliable transport is required.
