JOB SUMMARY:
An international big 4 audit firm is aggressively growing their audit team in South Africa.
The roles will give you the following:

Work life balance -to work local RSA hours (no longer long Northern hemisphere hours and time zones)
Security- a perm opportunity, if you are on a fixed term contract you know how stressful it can be to not have a guaranteed income for the long term
Stability - they have been around for a long time and have a stable business model that gives you client work through out the year.
Community- it’s a hybrid model so you still have the chance to work and meet with people in person

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Provide support to audit teams, relating to procedure and methodology
People management and development
Act as a subject matter expert
Assist partners and senior management team with feedback and reports
Client liaison
Upskill junior staff – coach, mentor and inspire
Execution of complex audit engagements

Qualification and Experience:

CA(SA)
Three to four years post article experience in an Audit environment
Strong IFRS and SAPS Knowledge
1-2 years people management experience
