Audit Manager / Staff Auditor - Hybrid
Location: Wisconsin (Local candidates only; must be on-site for client fieldwork)

About the Role
We are hiring both Audit Managers and Staff Auditors to join our growing team in Wisconsin. You will play a critical role in performing and overseeing assurance engagements for clients across for-profit, non-profit, governmental, and ERISA sectors.
The Audit Manager will lead teams, manage client relationships, and ensure professional excellence across all engagements.
Staff Auditors will contribute to audits under the guidance of experienced team members while building toward CPA certification.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Manager

Lead and manage audits, reviews, compilations, and special projects.

Supervise engagement teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion.

Prepare and review financial statements, disclosures, and compliance reports.

Build strong client relationships and offer additional service recommendations.

Mentor and train team members; evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
Staff Auditor

Assist with financial statement audits and compliance reviews.

Support engagement teams in fieldwork and documentation.

Learn from experienced professionals while building practical audit expertise.

Pursue CPA licensure with structured mentorship and support.
Requirements
Must-Have (All Applicants)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

External audit experience in public accounting.

Solid grasp of GAAP and GAAS (GAS experience is a plus).

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Willingness and ability to perform on-site client fieldwork (local candidates only).
