JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring the group stores comply with internal company procedures and industry rules

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring the group stores comply with internal company procedures and industry rules.

Core Job Accountabilities:

Developing and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures and an annual audit plan
Analysing data and developing a risk dashboard to identify practices requiring risk-based audits
Performing audits on practices remotely or in store
Preparing reports on findings and presenting to the franchisees
Conducting disciplinary hearings where applicable
Examining and improving operating practices and financial and risk management processes at practice level
Providing training to store staff
Enhancements of the practice management system to strengthen internal controls
Converting stores onto head office services such as accounting and debtor’s management

Special projects

Key projects are set on a quarterly/annual basis.

Educational/Experiential Requirements:

Qualified CA (SA)
