JOB SUMMARY:
Automation Specialist needed for busy agricultural packing facility in Robertson

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a major player in the agricultural industry with nation wide operations. They are looking to appoint an Automation specialist in their Robertson facility in the Western Cape.

Responsible for optimization of equipment capacity and minimising equipment downtime all within the scope of the company’s quality, hygiene and health and safety policies and procedures , you will be actively involved in maintenance activities including managing the program. You will be required to supervise and train staff.

To be considered for the role you will need a minimum of a Matric with further education and training as a Millwright or Electrician. Experience working in a similar role in the agricultural industry will be an advantage and you will be well organised with an eye for detail, with proven fault finding and problem solving capabilities. Fluent English and Afrikaans communication skills will be essential.
