Competencies

Basic Fundamentals of Electronic Engineering
Basic fundamentals of Electrical Engineering (L/C) circuits design and analysis
Basic fundamentals of Hydraulic circuits design and troubleshooting
Basic fundamentals of Pneumatic circuits design and troubleshooting
Basic fundamentals of Process instrumentation circuits design and analysis
Computer hardware and software set-up, maintenance and troubleshooting
PLC Programming
AC and DC Drive Set-up, programming and integration
SCADA applications development
HMI applications development
Industrial Communication networks troubleshooting - Profibus, Ethernet, Fiber Optic, Profi-net, Device-net, Control-net & ASi
Competency on Allan Bradley, Siemens, Wonderware & Citect Industrial Automation products
Microsoft packages proficiency- MS Office, Windows & Server

Experience

Min 5 years working experience in a relevant field involving Industrial Automation

Qualification

Matric (Grade 12)
National Diploma Engineering: Electrical (L/C) (S4)
Preferably in Process Instrumentation and Control Systems field
