SUMMARY:
Tester

POSITION INFO:

Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification required
Qualification in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
Previous experience as an Automation Test Engineer.
Proficient in scripting, writing scripted modules
Awareness of automation principles
Programming languages, such as C# and Java with at least 2 years’ experience as a junior developer or automation test engineer
Knowledge of automation technologies and frameworks such as:
- Linear Automation Framework.
- Modular Based Testing Framework.
- Library Architecture Testing Framework.
- Data-Driven Framework. o Keyword-Driven Framework.
- Hybrid Testing Framework
- Selenium
- Cucumber
- Understanding of CI
- Agile/Scrum software development experience advantageous

Technical skills

Proficient in programming languages, such as C# and Java
Demonstratable experience of software testing tools, such as Selenium
Working knowledge of API testing tools that require strong coding skills to create test such as REST Assured, RestSharp etc.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration Tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)
Experience working with JIRA advantageous
