The Role:
We are looking for an Automation Tester for a 12 month contract.

Purpose:
- Assist with theÂ testingÂ gap analysis between requirements and existing environments accurately for all digital solutions.
- Ensure thatÂ userÂ stories are clearly defined and written correctly with acceptance criteriaÂ in preparation forÂ the backlog refinement meeting.
- Define quality standards upfront in theÂ PI andÂ sprintÂ meeting andÂ ensure they are achieved
- Document the test planÂ prior to the start of any project or planned operational work and keep the test plans up to date.
- Document,Â maintain and monitorÂ testÂ scenarios, acceptance criteria and the final results.
- Continuously build testÂ automation artifacts.
- ExecuteÂ andÂ maintain theÂ manual and automationÂ regression tests.
- Demonstrate deliverables to key stakeholders.
- Test big data and ensure the outputs are transposed correctly.
- Report on the team QA way of work, feedback on trends and solutions and continuously optimize the way of work to ensure effective and efficient QA practices in the team and with Momentum Investments IT.
- Contribute toÂ the teamâ??sÂ predictability by maintaining a view of the teams wholistic test coverage.
- MinimiseÂ team defects by ensuring upfront code quality.
- Drive collective ownership for testing.
Skills and Experience:
- Min: Diploma in Information Technology.
- Degree in BSC/ IT preferred.
- Investments knowledge preferred.
- Min of 10 yearsâ?? experience in testing with min 7 years in software automation testing.
- 4 years experience testing digital solutions ( Online tools)
- Qualifications preferred: Testing qualification ISTQB/ISEB.
- Must have SQL knowledge.
