SUMMARY:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full financial function of the dealership, including month-end and year-end processes
Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial reporting
Analyse dealership performance and provide strategic insights to improve profitability
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and OEM financial standards
Manage internal controls and risk management processes
Supervise accounts staff and liaise with department managers to streamline financial operations
Work closely with Dealer Principal and OEM auditors

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting (BCom or equivalent)
5+ years’ experience in a financial management role, in a motor dealership environment - Non negotiable!
Strong understanding of dealership operations and industry-specific financial practices
Proficiency in Automate, Kerridge, or similar dealership systems
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Deadline-driven, organised, and able to work in a high-pressure environment
