SUMMARY:
Remuneration: Basic Salary R12000.00 – R16000.00 (dependent on experience) + Commission (based on sales performance)

Purpose Of The Job:

Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts sales, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Assist customers (internal and external) with parts inquiries and sales
Accurately identify and source Ford parts
Process orders, quotations, and invoices efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Monitor and manage stock levels where required
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Handle telephonic and counter sales professionally

Requirements:

2-3 years minimum proven experience, as a Parts Sales Executive in the automotive industry, dealership environment
Previous Ford experience will be highly advantageous
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
Good track record with contactable references
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate (experience with parts systems preferred)
