Duties: Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on their requirements and budget Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to potential customers Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and follow-ups Conduct vehicle viewings and test drives with prospective customers Negotiate pricing and assist customers throughout the sales process Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and finance applications accurately Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent customer service Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities Meet and work towards monthly and annual sales targets Stay up to date with current vehicle models, specifications, promotions, and market trends Assist with the delivery of vehicles and ensure customers understand the vehicle's features and documentation Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry requirements Requirements: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive sales Strong communication and customer service skills Negotiation and persuasion abilities Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM tools A valid driver’s license Familiarity with the following: RPE (Reynolds and Reynolds Points of Sale) systems Automotive industry trends and vehicle specifications Benefits: Competitive basic salary from R12,000 to R20,000 per month (Negotiable) Commissions based on sales performance Opportunities for career growth within a reputable organization Supportive team environment Seize the opportunity to make a significant impact in the automotive sales industry.
