Education:

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
- Post graduate qualification in Electronic/Electrical or Systems Engineering and/or Project Management would be an advantage.
- Experience in military systems engineering processes would be an advantage.
- Experience in avionics and associated communication protocols (e.g. ARINC 429, RS485).
- Experience in the management of engineering teams would be an advantage.
